PORUČIVANJE IZ SRBIJE

Dostava na teritoriji cele Srbije se vrši pomoću kurirske službe DExpress.
Vaša porudžbina će biti na adresi kroz 2-5 radnih dana od poručivanja.

PLAĆANJE I TROŠKOVI DOSTAVE

 

Plaćanje se može izvršiti pouzećem, preko PayPal-a ili kreditne kartice. 

Troškove dostave snosi primalac porudžbine. Nakon što korisnik potvrdi narudžbinu, paket se priprema za slanje. 

Imajte na umu da DExpress od skoro ima i uslugu paketomata u većim gradovima, što znači da ukoliko znate da niste kod kuće u vreme dostave, možete svom kuriru da naznačite da vam paket ostavi u vama najbližem paketomatu, odakle vaš paket možete podići u vreme koje vama odgovara.

 

ZAMENA ILI OŠTEĆENJE

 

Zamenu porudžbine je moguće ostvariti u roku od 14 dana od dana prijema iste. Molimo vas da proizvode koje želite da vratite, pošaljete u izvornom stanju (bez tragova nošenja/pranja ili bilo kakvih drugih oštećenja) kao i u originalnom pakovanju. Nakon našeg pregleda vraćene pošiljke i u slučaju da je sve u redu, šaljemo novu porudžbinu na željenu adresu. Zamena je moguća za isti model u drugoj veličini.  

Ukoliko primetite neka oštećenja na dostavljenom paketu, molimo vam da nas o tome obavestite na e-mail spacemotionclothing@gmail.com kako bismo u što kraćem roku rešili situaciju.

Packages that are delivered outside the territory of Serbia will be delivered within 5 to 14 days from the order. There is a possibility that the package will arrive outside the estimated time, which solely depends on the customs clearance process in your country.  

IMPORTANT: Space Motion Clothing does not cover fees, taxes and other costs that may arise during customs clearance in your country. These costs are borne solely by the customer and are not included in the price you pay on the site. 

You can pay for items with PayPal or a credit card. When you enter your State, Postal Code, and City in the checkout cart, you will see the final price with shipping cost for your Country.

 

SIZE EXCHANGE

 

Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package delivery date and return costs shall be at the expense of the customer. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to refer to the measurements on our size charts to ensure a comfortable fit. All sales are final. We currently do not accept cancellations.

 

OBLIGATIONS AND FEES   

 

International packages may have additional duties, charges and fees as determined by your local customs authorities. All possible additional delivery costs are borne solely by the customer. Please refer to your local customs website for further information.

 
 

WRONG/DEFECTED ORDER

 

All items are QC’d before shipping out. However, if you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at spacemotionclothing@gmail.com with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours. You may return the item(s) in its original condition, unused and unworn, within 30 days upon receiving it. Postage will be fully reimbursed. However, if the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made.
